From trying every diet under the sun growing up, to burning out as a busy lawyer in Hong Kong, I know how it feels to be battling with your own body.

At my lowest point, I’d gained 20 pounds, couldn’t sleep, and was constantly stressed. Even with years of experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I couldn’t out-exercise my bad diet and lifestyle. I had to go deeper.

I finally decided to put my ‘lawyer’ hat on and researched everything I could around health science. This led me to study functional medicine and health coaching, where I discovered the fascinating interplay between nutrition, hormones, sleep, stress, and weight.

 
 
 

This knowledge changed my body, and my life. I want this for you too.

Fun Facts

  • I have a dog called Loki - also affectionately known as the 4 legged terrorist!

  • There isn’t much I wouldn’t do for good chocolate.

  • I was once in a TV show called Desert Forges.

  • I ran the Marathon Des Sables, a 6-day, 251 km ultramarathon (that’s about 6 regular marathons).

  • I love wine, and have completed WSET Award in Wine - Level 1 & 2 (twice!).

  • I’m passionate about women empowerment, previously Chair of Women in Finance Asia and now sit on the board of several female focused HK NGOs.

  • I love sailing, have climbed Kilimanjaro and Mont Blanc, but have no sense of direction!

Beth Wright is the founder of B-FIT the Wright Way, and an internationally accredited functional medicine health coach. With over 20 years experience in fitness and nutrition, she bring a holistic approach to wellness that’s grounded in science and bespoke to each individual.

A 2x recipient of the 2021 and 2022 ‘Women of Wellness’ award, Beth is recognised as one of the most accomplished health and wellness experts in Hong Kong. She is on a mission to empower people all over the world with deep body-knowledge, so that they can transform their health, and their lives.

Aside from health coaching and courses, Beth is a writer and speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship and health & wellness. She is particularly passionate about nutrition, women’s health, and functional medicine.
