Recipe : Blackened Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 200g of Salmon (remove scales, wash and pat dry)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp dried oregano

  • ¼ tsp cayenne powder

  • ¼ tsp cumin

  • ¼ tsp dry mustard

  • Salt & pepper

  • Oil (spray)

  • Pinch of stevia


Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Rub the mixture into the salmon and marinate for 5 mins (or longer if you have time).

  2. Heat oil in a pan.

  3. Cook salmon for 2-3 mins each side (or to your preference)

  4. Serve with a yummy big salad or green vegetables of your choice
