Recipe : Mixed Mushrooms & Seared Scallops

Ingredients:

  • Scallop

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • A tablespoon of finely minced onion

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Tamari sauce

  • Pinch of stevia

  • Chilli or chili flakes ( optional )

  • Black & white sesame (optional )

  • Spray oil


Instructions:

  1. Heat the pan & spray enough oil to sauté garlic until golden brown then set aside.

  2. Add spray oil if necessary & stir fry the minced onions until translucent then add the mixed mushrooms starting with the bigger pieces.

  3. Add 2-3 tables spoons of tamari sauce and a pinch of stevia.

  4. Season with salt & pepper to achieve the desired taste.

  5. Sear the scallops on a very hot pan 1-2mins each side depending on how thick or big the scallops are.

  6. Plate the mushrooms & put the garlic flakes chili & scallops on top.

  7. Sprinkle with black & white sesame seeds & serve hot.
