Recipe : Smoked Paprika and Cumin Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower (cut into small florets or slices)

  • 1 tbsp of cumin (ground)

  • 1 tbsp of paprika powder

  • 1 tsp black pepper (ground)

  • Salt

  • Oil (spray)


Instructions:

  • Pre-heat oven to 375°C.

  • Put the cauliflower in a Ziploc bag.

  • Pour cumin, paprika, salt & pepper.

  • Shake the bag until all the florets are evenly covered with all spices.

  • Spread florets in a baking tray and roast for 25 mins., turning once or cook until gently brown in colour.
